Judge Napolitano Drops Bombshell About New Evidence Against Hillary

Drip by drip, the American people are obtaining emails from Hillary Clinton and her team that point to more and more criminality.

Fact: Hillary Clinton used a private email server, stored in her Chappaqua, NY home, to route messages from her government job through, with many of these containing classified information.

Fact: The FBI was charged with investigating this allegation, but the Director at the time, James Comey, is on record as having made up his mind to exonerate Clinton even before the investigation concluded.

Fact: Many of the emails sent to Hillary went through her aide’s, Huma Abedin, computer, which she shared with her criminally charged husband and social pervert Anthony Weiner.

On October 17, it was reported that thousands of previously undisclosed emails have been found on Abedin’s laptop. How they went unnoticed for so long was not said, but it is rather suspicious.

The following day, Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on the Stuart Varney business show and provided his usual excellent legal insight, reports the Gateway Pundit.

Varney asked the Judge what the significance of the development was.

“The significance is the FBI’s acknowledgment that Huma Abedin, Mrs. Anthony Weiner, when she had a top security clearance as the number two personal assistant to Hillary Clinton, when Hillary was Secretary of State, regularly sent copies of sensitive materials to her own laptop,” Napolitano noted.

“This, yet again, shows the culture in the Hillary Clinton State Department of a cavalier attitude about the handling of government secrets.”

Napolitano went on to point out, “It also shows the FBI was aware of it. It also shows the President’s frustration with it when in a tweet this morning he said ‘There she goes again. Crooked Hillary. Jim Comey let her off the hook again.”

The Judge said he empathizes with President Trump’s growing anger and said he should “pick up the phone, call General James Kelly and tell him to call Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rodenstein… and tell them to reopen the case on Hillary Clinton.”

Trump could rightfully charge his team with following where the evidence takes them, but Napolitano was emphatic when he claimed “The evidence will take them to an indictment.”

Napolitano for Attorney General, anyone? Anyone?
